Shape your financial future.
Shape the future.
As a nonprofit, your mission-driven work is shaping our collective future. We’re here to help you simplify complex, time-consuming financial tasks so you can do what matters most.

A boutique experience. A big difference.
Our commitment to operating as a small-scale CFO services provider keeps you at our center. Unlike many other fractional CFO providers, we measure success by your numbers, not by the amount of clients we sign. We have a well-integrated, centralized team, so all our work is done in-house—never oursourced—in order to give you clean books and easy audits.
When we become partners, you’ll work with real people who know the ins and outs of your nonprofit organization on a personal level. That means that when you succeed, we succeed.
Our Promises
Our Services
Your bottom line: our shared future. At Gascon CFO, we believe that you can best direct the future by shaping your financial future. Your organization—and your bottom line—benefit by being forward-looking.
It’s normal to be overwhelmed by financials. We join you with a spirit of humility, adaptability, and an earnest desire to help you fully understand the story behind your numbers.
-
The best financial decisions are made when you have accurate and insightful information. At Gascon CFO, we are invested in helping you understand the story behind your numbers. We prepare monthly financial statements and participate in your annual budgeting process to provide sound financial guidance. We also work with you to forecast revenues and expenses—this information helps us collectively understand how to adapt as needed to meet your annual targets.
-
Solid bookkeeping is the foundation of good financial information. When you work with us, we manage your accounts payable and receivable. We also record bank deposits and payroll transactions. At the end of each month, we reconcile your bank statement to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions. We focus on the small financial details that make all the difference.
-
Preparing for an audit can feel daunting. We maximize your time and energy by preparing the schedules needed for audits. We also reduce the burden on you by pulling together data requested by auditors and acting as the point of contact.
-
As a nonprofit, we know that grants—and the relationships built around them—are critical to the health of your organization. We help you show funders you are a good financial steward by creating accurate records of spending and receipt tracking. We also help you provide the documentation necessary to complete your reporting requirements on time.
